Training of Trainers

Need for training of teachers can not be over emphasized. Teachers are being detailed regularly for workshops / courses being arranged at TRC, SPELT, I.E.D, PACC etc to keep themselves abreast with latest techniques. During current session  a 2 × days workshop on "fluency activities in the language class room" was arranged in school by TRC which was attended by 25 teachers of all sections. A course on "English Language" for 52 teachers was arranged under the auspices of PACC during summer vacations. 1× teacher of Primary section is under going ICELT course in SPELT for one year duration. Coordinator “O” Level is completing her M. Phil programme in English from IQRA University. One teacher of Primary section has been detailed on Mathematics course of 1 year duration in Institute of Educational Development in Agha Khan University. Our institution will defray all / part expenses of above 3 × teachers.
